Work with me

Creating a regenerative project is not only a practical process — it’s a human one.

Whether you are at the beginning of a vision or already in the middle of a project, challenges tend to arise not only in the design or construction, but in communication, alignment, and relationships.

This is where I tend to support.

Who this is for

This work may be relevant if:

– You are starting or leading a community or land-based project
– You feel the vision is clear, but the human dynamics are less stable
– Tension, misalignment, or unclear roles are beginning to surface
– You want to build something that actually lasts — not just physically, but relationally

How i work

My approach brings together two essential aspects of any successful project:

🌱 The Physical
Design, natural building, and working in relationship with land and materials

❤️ The Human
Communication, trust, emotional awareness, and navigating challenges as they arise

Rather than separating these, I work at the intersection — where most projects either strengthen or begin to break down.

Ways we can work together

Mentorship

For individuals who are initiating or guiding a project and want clarity, structure, and grounded support.

This can help with:

– decision-making
– navigating uncertainty
– aligning vision with reality

Group Support

For existing teams or communities experiencing:

– tension or conflict
– communication breakdown
– lack of clarity or cohesion

The focus here is to restore alignment and create a more functional way of working together.

Project Advisory

Selective involvement in projects that are already underway or in development.

This may include:
– design and planning input
– team and process guidance
– integrating both structural and relational elements

Important

This work asks for a willingness to engage not only with the external project, but with the internal and relational dynamics that arise along the way.

It is not about fixing others — but about creating conditions where the whole system can function more clearly.

A Bit of Context

My background includes:

– 30+ years in natural building
– 15 years working with human dynamics
– 7+ years living in and supporting intentional communities

Over time, I’ve seen that the long-term success of any project depends on how well these elements are integrated.

Closing Invitation

If you’re working on something that matters — and want it to be both grounded and sustainable over time — you’re welcome to reach out.

The simplest place to start is a conversation.
